Biography - Zeke Fairbank
Zeke Fairbank is the founder and president of The Alternative Energy Company, LLC. The Alternative Energy Company provides a full offering of energy services to residential and commercial customers. These services include energy audits, solar system design, installation and monitoring services, and renewable energy equipment sales.
An engineering graduate from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, and a finance graduate from New York University’s Graduate School of Business Administration, Zeke has significant experience in ‘hands on’ engineering, large project management, financial analysis, and operations and value chain consulting.

Expert in His Field
During the past 25 years, Zeke has worked in several industries, and worked with many organizations including the US Government, The Coca-Cola Company, and the Electric Utility Industry.
Recently, Zeke received certification from Solar Energy International in Photovoltaic Design, from Residential Energy Network Services (RESNET) in Home Energy Auditing, and from the National Board of Certified Energy Practitioners in Photovoltaic Entry Level Certificate of Knowledge.

Committed to a Better Community
As a volunteer in Springfield, Missouri, Zeke served as the Treasurer and then President of Parents and Advocates for Gifted Education from 2006-9. He has also served on the Park & Recreation’s Hockey Advisory Committee, and the Board of Education’s Parent’s Advisory Committee. An avid hockey player, Zeke is captain of the Ferrell-Duncan Skulls Hockey Team, and has served as both a Junior Varsity and Squirt Level Coach for the Springfield Youth Hockey Association.
